Very happy with Spotlight Pest Control.  I had gross problems with dead rats under the floor in a new house causing flies.  David came out next day and did a very thorough assessment, talked me through my options, removed the dead rats and came back with Natalie a few days later to block up holes in my cavity wall and put mesh over vents and airbricks.

Call out time was quick, service was friendly, efficient and effective, with a good sense of humour (essential when dealing with dead rats and swarms of flies in your house), and pricing was affordable.
