Everything was sorted in the end, the window was opened and mechanism replaced. Aaron is kind and has done a marvellous job in opening my window, fixing it and help me with my door as well. Thank you so much!

Aaron was first to reply to my job , told me what the problem could be and gave me an estimate.
I replied back saying I was happy with quotes and when can he do the job. we agreed on a time next day and he was here a few minutes before and got on with the job very professionally and he explained to me what he was doing and showed me the broken lock barrel .
He was very quick and professional .
