Started a job and never finished it. Was happy to take the money but due to lack of work a refund was never given. Lies after lies, excuse after excuse. Once turned up at 5am (?!). Avoid at all costs. House was left in an awful state, as was garden due to ruble and waste not being disposed of. Bathroom plumbed incorrectly, expanding foam used to fit a sink!

False promises

Totally unreliable. Not even finished the work. Had all the money. Don't enploy. Had load of chances but still ketp not turning up. DO NOT ENPLOY. 

Hallway and living room 

I contacted Stoke Damp Proofing Specialists on the 31st October to arrange a visit to look at what needs doing at the property and to provide a quote. We agreed on the 21st November at 5pm. This was a 5 hour round trip for me through the snow and no one showed up. I left a voicemail and messaged, the message was read but i didnt receive a response. I thought maybe something had happened and thats why they no showed, so i left it a little while thinking i might get a message saying, were sorry x,y,z happened etc, but nope. I didnt hear a thing. Completely wasted my time.

Appointment booked, but never showed and ignored my call/ text.

Excellent service by this company, cannot fault on workmanship and pricing. Very tidy and clean.

Darren was very friendly, reliable, extremely reasonably priced and conscious of any mess/ tidied as he worked and was very pleasant to deal with.

Drill and injected a damp course

Really friendly and very helpful with the quote they provided for us. Flexible on times as well, would recommend!
