With knowledge and experience on large construction sites through to total house renovations, you can trust him to develop your ideal living space into a reality.  Our Service  We provide a full consultation to discuss your ideas, followed by a site visit to view the property, review its potential and give expert advice on the best options to create the new space.  In most cases if it’s not a velux loft conversion you will need a structural survey and an architect to design your new space and staircase position, the cost of these will be included in your overall estimate.  This initial investment helps you create the extra living space you need now whilst also adding between 30-40% onto your property value.  We will always find a way to meet your project&#39;s requirements, saving you time and money.

Scott and the team have done an amazing job in transforming our home the work is to an exemplary standard every job is explained before carried out. Each night the house would be cleaned and tidied before they left. They really are honest,trustworthy and genuine tradesmen who take pride in their work. Nothing is to much trouble.

I contracted them to carry out various types of work on a property that required various remedial works. As well as their own skilled craftsmen, they managed and directed the Electricians, Plumbers, Decorators, Scaffolders' and Groundworkers on site. The work was completed on time and to the high standards that I expect.
