Simon (and his son) were exceptional. Simon completed some plastering for us in 2018 and has again completed some top class work. Full plaster for a new loft room, hall, stairs & landing. Not only is Simon’s work of high quality but he also works with integrity, is incredibly efficient, honest & reasonably priced.

We appointed SBDS to fit engineered wood floor throughout the downstairs of our home, having previously used SBDS successfully for several other projects. SBDS were very professional and first used levelling compound to achieve a perfectly level floor throughout, before fitting the wood flooring to a very high standard. Simon was great to deal with throughout the process, and accommodated several additional aspects and changes at short notice. Simon is a pleasure to have around and we will certainly engage SBDS again for future projects, which we are already considering.

I recently had a bathroom done and I couldn't be happier with the results! I showed Simon a video of my dream bathroom featuring Italian turquoise blue onyx tile, and he completely transformed my old, outdated space into something fresh and new. Simon's ability to capture my vision perfectly. He managed to fit both a bath and a shower into a small space, which I didn't think was possible! 'm so thrilled with the outcome that I've decided to continue using SBDS for all my upcoming housing renovations.  f you're looking for a reliable and talented builder, look no further than Simon :)

I recently hired Simon from superior buildings to replaster my bedroom and stairway. I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation, they were professional, knowledgeable, and provided a clear and competitive quote. He arrived on time, were respectful of my home, and worked diligently to complete the job within the agreed timeframe. The quality of the plastering is outstanding – smooth, even, and with perfect attention to detail around tricky areas like light fittings and corners. He also ensured everything was clean and tidy before he left. I highly recommend

Simon from SDBS managed our extension project from drawing the plans for Building Regulations approval through to complete project management of all aspects of the build. He managed the team of contractors seamlessly (electrician, plumber, bricklayer, carpenter and roofer) ensuring all delivered the same high standards of workmanship, courtesy and professionalism as SDBS.
