New Lock Fitting

Craig responded promptly to the message left on his answerphone.  A mutually convenient appointment was agreed and the appointment time was kept.  Craig talked through the problem and proposed solution before undertaking the work.  The locks now work perfectly again.  Craig left the work area clean and tidy.  An added bonus was the reduced rate for OAPs.  Would definitely use his services again if needed.

Maintenance and adjustment to front door locks.

Very pleased with the service.Craig explained what the problem was to me and had the repair done very soon after.  I would thoroughly recommend using them.

Problem opening and locking the door.

Craig was absolutely brilliant - he arrived promptly, had the locks changed out in no time, and cleared up afterwards.  I'd recommend him without hesitation!

Craig was fantastic in getting the work completed very promptly following my 1st call.  He is courteous and very professional in his work and I would highly recommend his work

Replacement of lock

Tremendous service.  Craig came when he said he would, quickly assessed the job to be done, serviced the lock, reset the hasp, stopped the barrel swivelling 90 degrees, reinstated the hidden screws, and got the whole - 72-year-old lock - working again as good as new.  Polite, friendly, professional - excellent.  Would VERY strongly recommend.

Breathing new life into a clunking, creating old Yale lock

Super speedy response and Craig was very polite, friendly and efficient.  Also seemed good value
