We asked for a quote for a roof repair and gutter replacement and an appointment was scheduled for 1.30 on Monday 14 Nov.  At 1.33 we received a text message which said he had “totally forgotten about meeting” and rearranging for 11.30am the following day.  The following day came and went with no attendance.  I sent a message at 5.22pm advising that we wouldn’t be progressing due to two missed appointments.  We did not receive a reply or apology.

Had full roof refurbished jet washed and all tiles removed and had felted with breathable membrane then new battens put tiles back on with new ridge tiles and cermeted the vale’s done an amazing job thanks John and Tyler very good job
