My name is Scott and I started this company I guess behind closed doors 13 years ago whilst working for what used to be your trusted large national firms which ended up being a great positive for me and my business, I spent years working along side that will do fitters, here at CWC we do not believe in that will do. What will do is what I have learnt over 23 years of installing, is to take your time until every install looks as good as I would expect it in my own home! Which is also why I also appreciate how hard customers save to pay out for new windows/doors/conservatories etc. Every install I aim to leave it as though we&#39;ve never been there apart from having brand new, as good as can be thermal and sound efficient windows that exceeds my customers expectations. I will never buy cheap just to get a job, I would rather not take on the job because I know that I am confident that what we fit will last, not cause us issues and I know they are top quality which is what I would expect. Here at CWC I will provide a hassle free quotation, no silly quotes, just one quote, I&#39;m not a salesman and never will be, I have also seen the sales side and how negative it is towards customers. I will always give you options and my professional opinion based on the thousands of installs I have done over the years and different properties and areas I have covered. I will always give you my honest opinion and if I know of any more appealing alternatives that will help you achieve your ideal finish. We cover a wide range mainly because I&#39;m a firm believer in work is work and I am confident in my installs to not cause me call backs. All our contracts are IBG guaranteed which is also a requirement as a Certass registered company, on completion of your install you will receive a Certass certificate to show this. We install Eurocell, Veka and Rehau windows and doors but predominantly Eurocell as it is the profile we have used since the beginning, we also install Endurance composite doors. We had several quotes come in but James with his easy going nature, great product and competitive quote was the obvious choice.  Let's just say our old terraced cottage proved to be challenge for James and Pete but they always found a solution.  They made my wife feel at ease and consulted with us throughout

All transformed with beautiful up to-date French doors, sidelights+kitchen windows+door.What seemed an almost impossible task ~thanks to Scott+Sam's professional workmanship,made the whole job look effortless! Had a new back door fitted and Scott did an excellent job.  He is professional with great attention to detail and I cannot recommend him enough.  I have used him in the past too for a new front door and that was just as good.

Scott did a wonderful job of replacing our old cold conservatory for new windows and doors and most importantly the insulated glass roof that retains the heat and deflects the cold in winter.  We have lived with it now for 3 years and still looks brand new and doing the job Scott promised of keeping the house warm.  Would definitely recommend the certified window company to friends and family.

Scott came over priced the job in 2018 and we agreed materials and colour .  Scaffolding was erected before Christmas and in the New Year Scott was there on the job .  The job was carried out very professionally and we were well pleased .  In completion of the job we had lots of positive comments by our neighbours on how the property had been enhanced by the work done .  We were extremely impressed by Scott’s professionalism in his work and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any work done.
