PRICINGOur pricing is fair and reflective of high-quality work whilst keeping within set industry standards rates set by RICS.Our day rates are set to be competitive, and our meter rates are on sliding scales to allow for a bespoke costing structure.We have a pricing guide page on our website. Our teams are employed, and we work closely with CITB, to provide full apprenticeship programs for young people, helping them gain full NVQ 2 qualifications.We have Gold Card supervisors who are qualified for tier 1 construction sites. Came when they said and worked quietly and continuously until the job was completed. Left the room redecorated to highest standard and impeccably clean. They took all the rubbish away with them.

Bedroom stripped of paper, cracks filled and ceiling plastered. Then all painted.

They did a great job. It looks so smart and neat. Very professional approach and they took care to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, which was appreciated as they were working in the hallway, so in the centre of the house. They kept me informed about when to expect them each day and they were also careful to make sure the cats didn't get out! The doors and some of the walls needed a lot of prep and they now look really smart. Definitely recommend.
