This new retaining wall will outlast the house !  

Collapsing retaining wall - we were hired to build a new one.

Bannister was rotted. Built the customer a new one.

i had to remove three tonnes of concrete from this customers garden 

Landlord wanted me to repair this door frame which needs replacing.  I’ll do this next yr. Temporary repair which will last 5years plus ! 

Customer wanted a dog gate fitted. This has stopped the little bears , from getting out

Ok let’s get this door measured up and cut ! 

New flexible waste pipe fitted as old one was leaking 

New, flexible bathroom waste, installed. 

Looking for a water leak. Found it first time. Fit new floorboards and plasterboard (as current board is soggy from the leak)

Fit large heavy mirror. Change clips & cable from landscape to portrait 

Remove old wet Plasteboard and fitted new board 

Looking for a leak. Take everything apart, find the leak , fix the leak and then  put it all back together 

Built a box to cover water pipes. Decoration to follow. 

Cleaned walls and removed all mould. Cleaned all windows and trims and Painted afterwards. Room looks like new !

Make radiator cover taller using timber. Once the timber is painted white , it’ll completely disappear 

insulatyion done - next onto the battenting up 

Installed actis insulation. Counterbattened and then installked OSB board over the battened walls and celings

Most fence installers DO NOT dig this deep , which is why their fences blow over! 

Storm damage. 4 posts rotted. We saved the panels. Dug out rotten 4 posts & replaced them . We used 3 bags of concrete per post. Others use 2 bags of post Crete! This fence will not blow over again. 

Customer wanted a fence constructed in a super windy area, to crate a wind block

Conrad did a great job, installing two display cabinets, a wall-mounted bookcase and shelf. He was punctual, worked v. quickly and the results are just as hoped. We are pleased he has been able to fit us in to complete a wider range of other jobs later this month.
