I’ve already written an honest review about Mr Charlton’s work on Google. 

In summary, as part of the work he removed a union joint from the guttering but failed to replace it, leaving a large gap which allowed rain water to pour onto a flat roof below. 

Rather than admitting his mistake and coming to rectify it, he chose to ignore me and then lie in his response to my negative Google review. So not only his is work poor, but he is also a liar. 

I was only ever polite and courtesy in my contact with him, and will, if possible attach screenshots of emails and texts showing this.

Cleaning and checking the gutters

Dan did an excellent and thorough job.  I was able to see before and after photos of the gutters via a formal report.  It took around 2 hours and was good value for money.
