My fitting took place on 8th January 2026. Looks fine. Lift was out so they left the slabs of waste granite in my hallway to collect when it was back working. 2 days, I called…we will come and collect it…no show, rebook, , no show, and again, and again..I had to get two neighbours to carry them out into the communal area as my grandkids were coming to stay last weekend, if they fell on them, they would DIE. I’ve had their mistakes in my hallway for 11 weeks and they never collected it. I am 80 with disabilities so I guess, I now have to pay the council to collect it. Bad answering, bad service
