Very impressed with Elliot, clear and concise ‘diagnosis’ of the problem - work carried out to a very high standard, problem sorted. This was a tricky one, and Connor did his utmost to sort the problem, which he seems to have done, fingers crossed. I still might need further work, but for now the shower is working and if it stays that way it’s money well spent. He explained everything he did, gave me a quote for the procedures he carried out, and has given me details of the cost should I, in the end, need a new pump. Very professional, communicative and very tidy.
