Our solar panels had stopped generating.  Contacting ThermaDetect elicited a response the same day and the engineers arrived the next day, they were very professional and personable. 

The call out charge was great value.  They found and fixed a problem with the panels themselves only to find our inverter was faulty as well.

A new inverter was ordered and the day after it arrived the team came and quickly installed and tested it, taking the old one away.  The total bill we think was very reasonable.
