Boiler Breakdown

Neil was a total professional.  Arrived on time and carried out the works without fuss.  Kept us fully informed and was extremely tidy and explained the problems with system.  Would highly recommend Thermaflow.  Fixed the problems with our heating and will be coming back to do more work.

Neil was so helpful from start to finish.  Did an amazing job for a reasonable price.  Clean, tidy, courteous and the end result is amazing.  Looks so much better.  His colleague replaced the brickwork around the new plume management flue so it looks perfect.  So pleased

Boiler flue changed

I cannot speak highly enough about Neil and the way he dealt with my issue.  He answered my ‘panic call’ on a Friday night and came round immediately.  He was kind, proactive and extremely helpful.  I have used him before and cannot recommend him enough.  What a delight to have met such a fantastic chap and I have recommended him to everyone.

Emergency plumbing for leaking boiler.

Excellent service.  Polite, courteous, speedy, cleaned up afterwards.  Neil did an amazing job changing the awful temporary flue to a fantastic plume management flue.  Looks so much better now.  His colleague did a lovely neat job of replacing the brickwork around the outlet so it all looks amazing.  Really happy and would highly recommend
