Exactly a year ago today Thermaroof started work on our conservatory roof.
Unfortunately we are still waiting for them to come & fix their "school boy errors"

Mismeasured & cut soffits & facia's leaving flapping plastic and gaps
Non opening velux window due to reveal being created at the wrong angle
1m 33 cm dangling flapping electrical cable - attached both ends but not secured
Light switch proud enough off the wall to fit a pencil between the wall & the switch

They've been out to look, take photos & videos  promises made / excuses given yet still no date for actually fixing things !

Don't pay them anything until they have completely finished -  'cos they don't return to fix it !

This company did a superb job replacing our conservatory roof. The workmen were very polite, well mannered and hard working. We found the quote very reasonable and have been 100% satisfied with the whole process. More than happy to recommend Thermaroof to anyone looking to have a conservatory roof replaced.

Conservatory roof replacement

Mark (the owner), quoted for a new roof with a large Velux, dimmable spotlights alongside the main light, and replacement of 2 blown conservatory windows. Communication v poor I had to keep chasing for updates.

On installation day I was told the large Velux wasn’t even possible, a smaller one was fitted and I was later told we couldn’t have both the main light and spotlights as originally quoted. The spotlights also aren’t dimmable.

Builders were tidy, did a good job, but the aftercare from Mark has been very disappointing. The promised windows still not fitted after chasing for months.

Roof fitted to a high standard by builders but let down by the owner

Very professional team. Came on time. Clean and tidy working. Would recommend thermaroof to anyone wanting a new roof. An extra room for us now. Very happy.

The team turned up when agreed and stayed on site until the job was completed.  The finished roof looks great.   The  team were very accommodating and easy to deal with.  There was a slight snagging issue which was quickly resolved.  

Replaced a glass conservatory roof

Great communication. No pushy salesman. Listened to what we wanted and gave a competitive price and timescale to complete work. 
Installers all very polite and courteous. 
Highly recommend this company and what a difference the new roof has made!
