Really helpful, informed and efficient company and the plumber who came out to put in a new kitchen sink mixer tap, spotted we had an issue with the U-bend leaking and put in a non-return check valve to remedy another issue we had. Excellent service and very skilled plumber.

We had a new boiler installed today by a qualified tradesman from Thermo Flow Services Ltd. The work was carried out professionally and to a very high standard. The installer arrived on time and was very professional with the installation. He made sure everything was cleaned up once the installation was completed. I have no hesitation to recommend the company to anyone who needs any plumbing and heating work done.

Professional Installation of a boiler

Two years ago, we had a number of local firms quote for a new boiler and central heating system.

Thermoflow were extremely competitive, not the cheapest but they offered the best boiler and a 10 year warranty.

They services our boiler every year, they provide us with quick appointments that are convenient.  Their staff are friendly, respectful and professional.

Cindy, the office manager, is amazing, I am very happy we instructed Thermoflow to carry out our works.

Owing to losing strength in my wrist, I asked Thermo-Flow to fit two toilet seats.
I booked a visit by telephone with the office and was quickly offered an appointment. On the day, Micheal arrived on time and introduced himself. The job was executed in a timely and professional manner, no mess and everything left clean and tidy.

Definitely would use Thermo-Flow again.

We found Thermo-Flow on Checkatrade, and we got them in to replace our 40 year old boiler. Their workmanship was excellent, and their pricing was competitive.

So much so that we had them back twice more; to fit a radiator in our study, and then we had them back to refurbish our downstairs cloakroom.
