Incredibly happy customer

Cold called door to door. A £300 guttering quote escalated to £65,800. 
We paid £42,300 before cancelling within the cooling off period 14 days. 
And independent RICS Expert Witness found the works "not completed nor executed to a satisfactory standard," and the quotes "unreasonable" against industry benchmarks.
"I did not see any evidence of any brickwork repair during my inspection". 
Damp proofing:
"The holes are not level, nor consistently spaced.. . this would not have resolved the evidence damp ingress."
We have paid for works that have not been delivered.

Doorstep cold call - paid £42,300 for substandard, overpriced and unnecessary works

They turned up promptly on the day they said work would commence and on time …. Which is a must for me so thank you. The team was very polite and approachable answering any questions I had.
