Went to see Viessmanns new heat pump and learned about what they can do and how to fit them

Installed a full central heating system. Fitted a Worcester 4000 combi and the customer chose the Worcester easy control smart thermostat to control it which is a great choice.

Replaced an old Worcester boiler with a new Worcester 4000 combi, boiler comes with a 10 year guarantee

Customer had no central heating previously and only had an immersion heater. I installed a full central heating system and a Worcester 4000 combi boiler with a comfort 2 rf room thermostat

This customers boiler had broken down because debris from the heating system had blocked the boiler up. A few hours spent power flushing the boiler and it was working like new.

We contacted The Sussex Heating Care Company to obtain a quotation for a new heating system.
Kate booked us in that evening. Ross surveyed our flat and out-lined our requirements after discussing our needs with us which left us confident that we had chosen the right company for our project.

Heating System Upgrade

I had a service a month ago, at that time the boilers pressure was very low so glad when Ross arrived on time for the service.  Ross corrected the pressure and all was ok, service got a green light.  After several weeks the boilers pressure got extremely low again? Sent an S.O.S to Ross through a e-mail to “The Sussex Heating Company “ and although he was very busy had time to advise me on how to re-pressurise the system.  Ross your a star!!

So pleased we chose Ross to replace our old boiler.  He clearly knows his stuff.  He turned up when he said, was extremely polite, courteous and tidy and it was a pleasure to have him around.  His workmanship and attention to detail are second to none.  I highly recommend his company.
