Thames Water are replacing lead pipes with plastic and dropped a leaflet saying our electrics may no longer be earthed as a result.
Thomas came around, checked the earthing and confirmed that we were still safe.

We employed Tom to assist us in the change by our electricity supply company from an unmetered supply to a new metered supply. This involved a new connection from the main feed to a new meter box on the outside of the property. Tom was extraordinarily knowledgeable, happy to guide us through the process and extremely efficient providing the right equipment at the right time and finally ensuring that all the work carried out by the supplier was fit for him to make the final connection. He has a wide range of knowledge from small domestic issues to major infrastructure work. He's great!!
