They are normally able to get someone out relatively quickly, communication is great and they always do a great job.

I contacted them around 8:15 in the morning, received a reply in around five minutes and they came and fitted a new immersion heater element around 2pm that afternoon. Friendly, efficient service. So glad to have hot water back. Would recommend.
