Tim always gets back to me quickly, he is reliable as always turns up on time and will communicate if he can turn up sooner. He is clean and tidy and thorough with his work. He is knowledgeable and takes great care in putting down blankets to protect my carpet. He is friendly and always provides me with certification once the work is complete. He is very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend TJ Chimney Sweeps.
