Full conversion, removal of old gravity fed boiler downstairs, tank and pipework in airing cupboard, both tanks in the loft and rads all gone. Upgraded with new combination boiler fitted in the loft, new rads & pipework throughout, new gas run, Honeywell wireless thermostat, filters and flushed. Made good floors, old flue hole, Lagged and commissioned. 

19.11.20 Full central heating conversion 

Another full heating system conversion in Kemsley, Sittingbourne. Flushed and commissioned with a standard 5 years parts an labour warranty coming with this ideal independent boiler.   Wireless heating controls added along with filters for protection against sludge and scale.  New flue hole needed as old flue was within 100mm from the door so moved over and out to meet current regs ?  We cut up all the old tanks in the loft and removed all rubbish. Replaced all speed fit (plastic) pipework in copper and added new isolation valves to shower.   Customer also had leaking speedfit pipework and fittings under the sink so we replaced all that with copper as well as a good will gesture ???? 

24.11.20 Full central heating conversion 

New heat only boiler fitted in Maidstone, altered pipework to suit, filters added, new pump and valves, hoovered out all of the muck from heating tank. We came to this property 2 weeks ago to add cleaning chemicals to break up all of the sludge in the system to then flush out today, all rads are now roasting ??

Vaillant 825 combi with vertical flue fitted in Gillingham, good team effort these last 2 days having taken the old boiler out from downstairs, relocating new pipework throughout to the loft.??

Old floor standing kingfisher boiler taken out and a Ideal logic max combination boiler installed coming with 10 years warranty, installed for our local Chinese down in Leysdown, Kent. (KK’s)   We fitted a small radiator in the airing cupboard so they can still keep all there towels and clothes in there to dry, refitting all of the shelving for them Aswell.  We removed all the tanks freeing up so much space around the property. Pressurised hot water as suppose to gravity fed, fully flushed and commissioned, all good to go.??

New Vaillant HE18 in Kemsley, Sittingbourne as an emergency install. We also updated the pump and a section of pipework as it was leaking and pump ceased due to sludge. We flushed the system and added a filter to constantly give the boiler protection.  All materials supplied by HPS Sittingbourne .

We had a boiler replacement carried out by TMC and they were fantastic. The boiler we had albeit quite old stopped working on New Year’s Day of all times. I contacted TMC as I had seen them working down our street and read their reviews but I was blown away by the exceptional service. A complete new system installed to replace our old condemned system. Thoroughly recommend TMC. The job took 5 days. These guys worked efficiently and professionally, with minimal disruption. Cannot praise them enough.

I can’t recommend him highly enough. My elderly mum lives alone in Sheerness and her heating stopped working in the middle of winter. I was told he was very busy and might not get to her until the following week. As soon as he realised my mum was elderly and without heating, he didn’t hesitate — he dropped everything and came straight out to help. He was kind, professional, and made sure she was warm and comfortable before leaving. Truly caring service that went above and beyond.

Highly recommended . Our old boiler was leaking and I messaged TMC Heating . Received a reply that evening . Tony arranged  to come to our house to have a look and discuss . Tony and team fitted a new boiler , moved a radiator , put in a new gas supply ready for kitchen installation. Very professional and explained everything . We are very happy with all the work undertaken.
