Farmhouse had woodworm so we attacked it with a very strong solution to sort it out. 

Another farm house here had rising damp and wanted us to rectify the issue before they started renovating. 

This and the next few pictures , we got a call saying they needed their damp sorting in the lower bathroom. They had previously paid a ‘damp proofer’ but as you can see all they did was plaster board

Over the damp conditions, which will clearly not fix the issue but temporarily hide it.
