I decided to set my business up in May 2016 and have not looked back. I’m a sole trader, I’m not a big company and I don’t want to be a big company, I’m happy to keep myself busy and as long as it pays the bills for my family that’s all I want. Tom responded to my urgent call despite being on holiday. I had no heating or hot water. Upon returning from holiday, Tom attended the property and established that I needed a replacement boiler. Tom is a very calm and professional person who knows his job well. He gave a detailed quote, breaking down what was entailed. He was very clean and tidy and used dust sheets. I would recommend him highly to family and friends. Excellent guy.

Boiler Replacement

Tom told me a rough time frame of 4 days with start and finishing times. He completed it all in the given time frame. He also put everything back to how it was when he was finished as well as cleaning up any mess behind him. He is very reliable and approachable. He advised me if I struggle with anything to give him a call. Would definitely use his services again and high recommend his services to anyone especially friends and family.

Boiler fitting

Tom serviced our boiler , attended within the time he stated ,polite, friendly , will definitely use him again for any other jobs.

Boiler Service 

Called him out with problem with boiler. Made arrangements, but unfortunately previous job a little longer than expected,so he rang and told us the problem and would be there ASAP. Which was fine. Only 45 minutes  later. He assessed the problem straight away and explained what was wrong and what parts needed. He contacted us a couple of days later with a quote and made arrangements to fit parts. He arrived on time fix problem and service the boiler as well. He cleaned up after leaving  no mess. He was very pleasant and professional. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Call out and repair

Great guy , came on time , fixed it , didn't charge a A call out fee ... Outstanding

Tom is incredibly professional, polite, honest and reliable. He goes out of his way to assist - whether it’s a regular boiler service or ad hoc jobs such as this one and his work quality is second to none.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who asks.
