Topnotch Property Services

Fabulous work completed painting our open plan living room, hallway and staircase. Attention to detail was excellent and I feel like Richard went above and beyond to make our (rather shoddy) walls look close to immaculate. Really pleased and thoroughly recommend.

Painting and decorating

Richard painted five rooms in our house and we were really happy with his work. He did exactly what we asked and even helped us think about extra considerations for the work before starting.  He gave lots of insight into his experience using different paint brands etc. which helped when picking colours.

Perfect job!

Richard painted our living room, hallway and bedroom. This included some very fiddly woodwork. He did a fantastic job! The finish is high spec, we are so pleased with it and will be definitely be using him in the future. He is very reliable, trustworthy and honest.

Exceptional painter / decorator

Richard has done a wonderful job painting my weatherboard house. He has been friendly, courteous and very considerate and quiet given my housebound invalid mother. Fabulous work in sometimes awkward weather conditions.

Excellent service

This was a complete house exterior paint job that exceeded my expectations. The work was carried out to a very high standard in a timely and professional manner and at a reasonable price. We've been using Richard for nearly 10 years for all our painting and decorating, both at home and in our rental properties. He's always reliable, works to a high standard, and takes real pride in what he does. Most recently, he installed our garden office, fitted the laminate flooring and blinds, and did a fantastic job painting and decorating both inside and out. Highly recommended. (Pictures attached – the office still needs to be set up, so it doesn’t look perfect yet)
