We offically opened our brand-new head-office and showroom in Little Common in 2018. There’s parking available off the A259 in the Little Common Mews and in the Little Common car park near Tesco which holds 40 spaces, so why not visit soon!

Sarah started with us at the end of 2017 as our Administration Manager, soon becoming known as the Wikipedia of Bexhill and everyone who lives in it. What she doesn’t know simply isn’t worth knowing! After a busy weekend enjoying gigs, walking and dog sitting she is helping to organise the office and making a difference with her organisational, detail-orientated and analytical skills. Animal lover Sarah (aka Screwdriver) will most likely be the person you speak to when you call the office.

At the top of this family run business (Age wise) we have Malcolm our estimator. He’s been in the industry since his early 20’s and as a result has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Married for 30 years+ he's been a positive influence for his sons Adam & Ben; a great dad with exceptional family values. In his spare time Malcolm has a love of Formula One, Golf and Motocross. He’s travelled the world and has some remarkable stories to tell, which has helped to keep him young at heart. Due to his appreciation of quality clothing and his opinions on what to wear, he’s the resident Gok Wan in the office! After a demanding day in the office, Malcolm likes to finish the day in style, with a large G&T

This is Gary. Gary does as little as possible, be more like Gary! Gary is our contracts manager and in-house health & safety advisor here at Total Project Management, and has been with us for around 18 months now. Outside of the office he loves cycling, swimming, fishing and golf (which a little 'birdie' tells us he is useless at!) Gary enjoys spending a lot of his spare time taking care of his 600ltr tropical fish tank.

Gary Martyn  - Contracts Manager

Ben joined the company in 2013 and is jointly a Director with his brother Adam. Ben’s daily responsibilities are getting out of bed, finding his keys and coming to the office to assist with the daily tasks, with his main responsibility being estimating. Recently married to the gorgeous Chelsey, he enjoys spending his spare time with her and their little treasures. Ben loves his Motocross and F1 & is the life and soul of any party with a Gin in one hand and Cocktail in the other. At the other end of the spectrum he also loves his healthy smoothies and running!

Ben Huntly - Director

Adam started this company in 2011 and is now jointly a Director along with his brother Ben. Adam’s daily responsibilities are the general day to day running of TPM, scheduling of works and invoicing. When he isn’t in the office he is a husband to the lovely Hayley and enjoys quality time with his adorable children. Adam also enjoys his golf and football (he’s a Manchester United supporter). The Total Project Management colour was chosen by Adam as it’s his favourite colour, he even had a lime green car when he was younger. His most annoying habits in the office just has to be the over-use of post-it notes!!

All the workmen worked very hard, excellent skills & timekeeping, polite & considerate.  Austen, the Project Manager, kept us informed at every stage & when changes/additions had to be made, explained them clearly. Because we needed a soakaway & part of the lawn had to be dug up, we asked if steps could be added at the same time (something we were thinking of for the future).  They added excellent steps & vastly improved our resin driveway (not done by them & had turned out to be a disaster) so that the whole frontage, extension and balcony looks really lovely now. Very pleased we chose TPM.

All the team were very friendly, clean & tidy. Worked very well with the plans I had for my extension, nothing was too much trouble even when we can across some hurdles they were very competent in sorting it all out.

From the moment I contacted TPM the service was first class Ben came round designed the kitchen open plan diner we had the wall removed from kitchen to dinning room new double french doors complete new wiring and plumbing for kitchen Ben came round on a daily basis and explained evey step of the way along the way we had some changes to the design nothing was to much for him he guided us through the changes installing confidence.The work force was first class from start to finish excellent ,tidynnes and very polite a great bunch of chaps.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending TPM.

Utilising a surveyor's report, TPM conducted extensive works internally including stripping back to brick work, ventilating, insulating, plastering, carpentry and electricals plus sealing a back yard flooring for damp.  All involved were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and good communicators.  The works were conducted on time and to budget.  The results are excellent and I could not recommend TPM highly enough.

Remedial works and refurbishment

Requested TPM to build a sturdy shed.  Rather costly but deemed it would be worth it!!  Team of workers and other tradesman were great and they worked hard through the stages of build.  Had to call Manager back quite often because of some discrepancies which were rectified.  Problem is that after I had paid for the shed, the rain was getting in at the base.  It was suggested that black bitumen could be painted around the base which I refused.  Problem?.....only 1 brick used off the concrete!  Should be two.  Neighbours fence damaged.  Did agree to replace and do base.Now refusing to honour it

LARGE SHED STORE

I was very happy with the overall organisation, efficiency and quality of the work.   The quality of the repaving of the back garden and plastering were especially good.  If I had to complain, it would be that the quality of the decorating of the internal woodwork wasn't ideal.
