Dan was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and thorough throughout the whole process from quotation to completion of the work.  He provided extra lead flashing around the door to ensure the door was completely sealed and leak proof.

Dan was excellent with communication and updated me with the delay with the windows delivery from the manufacturer which was eventually not his fault and was the only objection to the experience.
Otherwise, Dan was very courteous, tidy and skilled tradesman.
Overall, very good experience, can recommend.
