Where any items have a saleable value we reduce the cost of the clearance by those amounts to protect our clients costs. The company were pleasant and obliging!  They kept me informed during the planning etc.  The owner is knowledgeable and allows any potential money from sales allowable against the cost of the job.  I would use them again.
