Trevor Humphrey contacted me with a quote for removing and disposing of an upright piano that the council failed to remove. The quote was prompt, and was the lowest I had received so I accepted it. Two men came out less than a week later, and made an excellent job of loading the piano into their van, and removed it with no fuss at all.
