Dean was really friendly, polite, professional, efficient and he has great attention to detail.  He arrived on time, went over and above on the details and work that he did.  He explained exactly what to expect, and this was carried out with precision. He left the areas immaculately clean when finished. He added extra details to the wood trim on the porch roof that were not requested, but he did this as he wanted it to look better, which it did, and we are very grateful.
