Had the pleasure of using Tom and his team.

Started from a simple leak that then required some extra investigation with ceilings being removed to gain access.
To which we then decided to add additional lighting and sockets in areas we had wanted a lot of works but didn't know where to start,Tom guided us through the whole process and organised every trade electrical, plastering, painting nothing too much.

Our toilet wasn't flushing.  Other people had been in touch look at it, but unable to correct the fault.
Tom arrived with 2 minutes told us the problem. Mended it within 10 minutes. 
Tom has done work for me for over 10 years.  Always provided an amazing service,  with a fantastic finish. Always ensures the job is completed to a high standard.

Tom was professional and efficient. He was able to quickly come and look at the issue and fix it without charging a huge call out fee to do so, which was really helpful in such tight times. Really appreciate the time and effort he took for just a small job and would definitely recommend to others and use again for any future issues I might have in the house.

Toilet dripping when refilling

We recently had 3 bathrooms and decorating work completed, and the results are fantastic.  The tiling is neat and precise, and all fixtures have been installed perfectly. Tommy also gave helpful suggestions on layout and materials, which really improved the final look, the decorating is clean and even, edges and corners have been done carefully, Tommy was punctual, professional, and kept everything tidy during the process. He listened carefully to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. We would definitely recommend Tommy and his services
