Unique Property Construction

We had our garden done back in January by Gaz and his team. He kept us in the loop with everything and the work was finished to a very high standard. We had sleepers, artificial grass and porcelain tiles on our patio. It was left spotlessly clean after the work was finished too. Highly recommend these to anyone wanting any work doing 👌

From start to finish the lads at unique property construction did a fantastic job of my extension great workmanship job ethics and communication I would highly recommend went  above and beyond when I wanted something changing to suit my needs

As the work sort of progressed a lot happened. One of his lads disappeared, we understood personal reason why. And worked with Gaz to come and finish off the work they disappeared for a couple of weeks then came back and then did the tiling in the bathroom that we asked to be done and it looked dreadful, and then they made a hole in a bedroom to put a new window in and it looked terrible the drop on gutters was wrong and not enough drops so building control told us to get someone else we’ve had to spend lot of extra money to fix things approx  £6,500 not enough words left to tell the rest!

Great start terrible end

The team was professional, reliable and delivered high-quality work. Communication was clear throughout. The finish is excellent, and the space blends well with the existing house. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend gaz for anything! Gaz did our garage conversion last year and was nothing but perfect! From fast service to every litte detail put in gaz is a perfectionist which is hard to come across nowadays. No waiting around - no delays
