Water Softener Fitted

I had a water softener and Quooker tap installed on Tuesday. The team worked tirelessly throughout the day in the heat to make sure everything was up and running perfectly. 

They worked closely with my kitchen fitters to make sure everything could be laid out neatly and properly under the sink. The instant boiling water, chilled and sparkling water in the kitchen is a game‑changer.

Communication from quote was great and any questions answered quickly and easily to understand. Work on the day of fitting was great too, Dan explained everything beforehand and laid protective covers on the floor. All under sink plumbing was redone and much better than before to great a neat and well installed finish. Great work and would highly recommend to anyone.

I chose them because they are a family run business who clearly care about the customer experience and their communication and professionalism demonstrated this.The new pipework is extremely neat and the location of the water softener well thought out to maximise space under our sink. Matt ensured all areas were protected during the work and in short the attention to detail was excellent.
