Back gate built from scratch 

Finished job - finished in exterior black gloss to match in with frame.

Front step replacement 

Corner finish of the step, slightly off cut to run water off away from building. (Avoiding damage)

New step installed with 30 degree planed edge with routed drip guard underneath. Primed Paint and screw holes filled ready for final coat of exterior gloss

Hacked out all rotted and damaged wood. 75mm back to dried frame

Halfway through and 3 sides down and 1 to go plus the bottom.

Landscaping

Vanity, Toilet and sink all in place with all plumbing sealed and running WITHOUT leaks. Custom mirror installed

Walk in shower/wet room 

Tiling finished and everything grouted, shower, sink installed and tested! 

Tiling halfway complete and opening through marine plasterboard to access pipes for shower. New air vent installed for condensation and air flow.

Floor now tiled, using rapid set grey grout. All plumbing sorted! Start of vanity being built to show where it will be housed.  

This is the raised shower try installed with the flooring tiles halfway through. 

Walk in shower/wet room. 

Start of the project for a small 8”x 8” bathroom switching to a walk in shower/wet room to conserve space. 

Finish project revamping a tired looking bathroom with a unique tile pattern mixed with mosaic. New bath side, taps, chrome fittings and shower to finish look off?

This wet room is now finished, fitted with 3 in 1 vanity unit (toilet & sink) shower has widen head for rainfall effect. Custom fit mirror and all tile with white and grey grout!

Imprecise work and damages to the floor of the flat due to major leaks from the water tank. Shower taps installed incorrectly and subsequent work redone. Shower pump installed incorrectly and against code.

Craig and team were absolutely first class in repairing a leaky roof.  From assessing the issue and then providing the most cost effective fix.  Was also very professional with the feedback on the issue and any potential drawbacks.  Executed perfectly and no issues with roof since.  Will always look to Craig and his team first for any jobs given their approach, professionalism and their cost.
