4 out of 8 items have been installed. 0 of the 4 were correctly installed, had to fight tooth and nail for remedial work to get to an acceptable standard, which 2 of the 4 are now. One broken pane, one unfinished exterior. 3 windows and a patio door are simply nowhere to be seen. When they do communicate with me, which is rare, I just get lies about factory delays ‘due to the weather’. I’m thousands out of pocket and the company’s response is “I understand if you want to go legal”, not “here’s how we’re going to fix it”. Avoid avoid avoid.

Absolutely shocking - DO NOT USE

Warmlight Windows from Leigh fitted a new door in my home on the 24/10/2025. The door has been faulty since installation and a repair has been promised. To date, 04/05/2026 nothing has been done to rectify the issue. My emails are being ignored and the promises made to rectify the issue have not been carried out.
Please do not use this company they are very poor.

Do Not Use Warmlight Windows.

We used Warmlight to upgrade our existing conservatory. We had new windows and changed to a warm roof. The process was seamless - great communication and the end result looks great. We’re very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Great from start to finish, visited the showroom and had a look around the different options and settled on  black aluminium bifold, paid our deposit and then Adrian came out to measure, few weeks later all installed , clean and quick. very happy

Great experience from start to finish. Lots of choice and options to choose from. Helpful staff and skilled fitters. Efficient and affordable service. Would definitely recommend!
