The tap had seized and the homeowner was unable to use it. I cleaned and restore the tap replacing all the washers and lubricating the moving parts.

This was an old toilet which I stripped completely back and replaced all the working parts. I only use the finest quality materials. On completion, the toilet is DIY friendly meaning most people can maintain/ repair their own toilet in the future.

Limescale and old age meant that this toilet wasn't working effectively.

All new working parts. This toilet now refills in half the time. I installed a dual flush system to give the user the option to use significantly less water. This is now DIY friendly and every working part can be maintained without the use of a plumber in the future.

I removed the old outside tap and unnecessary pipework.

I replaced a stiff outside tap for a customer who was struggling to use it. I replaced it with a easy to use lever style tap.

Thames water regulations, isolation valve, none return valve, drain off and sleeved through the cavity of the wall.

This was a major leak. A regular customer of mine was doing DIY when he accidentally drilled into his central heating pipe.

This leak was very slow. The pipe work was in the loft and had gone undetected for a long time. Limescale formed around the leak slowing it down.

I replace old gate valves which rarely work, for NEW lever style isolation valves. These are much easier to use and they are extremely reliable.

Thin and cheap copper leaked. I repiped and made it more efficient by adding bends rather than using fittings.

The majority of my work that I take on is maintenance and repairs, so replacing taps and radiators, fixing leaks or toilets that aren't flushing correctly. I also install outside taps.
