A simple addition that makes a big difference. We added a worktop above the washing machine to create extra space for laundry and everyday jobs.

This utility room needed a smarter way to dry clothes without sacrificing floor space. We installed a traditional lath pulley drying rack, making full use of the ceiling height.

This roof window had started leaking where the old sealant and mortar had failed.


A simple repair done right — and the skylight is now weatherproof once again.

This staircase runner needed a bit of attention. To tidy it up and extend its life, we reattached the loose riser section

 Added a cover strip to hide a worn area and give a clean finish

This section of flooring had collapsed where the old chipboard wasn’t properly supported.

Removed the failed chipboard and cleared all debris.

Extended the joist to provide proper support.

 Installed a new floor board, securely fixed and level.

In this conservatory, a section of skirting had come away where the old adhesive had failed.

Applied strong new adhesive. Added screws and filled, for extra security. Left it ready for painting.

This composite deck was looking tired after years of built-up grime - but a deep jet wash has brought it straight back to life!

Composite boards are tough, low-maintenance, and with the right clean they’ll look almost brand new again. 

This timber deck was covered in built-up dirt and algae, but a thorough jet wash has lifted the grime and brought the colour straight back out

Years of weathering had dulled the boards, but a proper deep clean has refreshed the whole area and made it ready to enjoy again.

This old chipboard bath panel had blown and needed to come out - but it wasn't straightforward. One end was trapped behind the door frame

Removed the door and door frame - Freed and removed the damaged panel - Installed a new, moisture-resistant panel - Applied silicone to all edges for a neat, watertight finish

Extractor Fan Replacement - The old bathroom extractor fan had completely failed, leaving poor ventilation and lingering moisture. - Removed and replaced with a new, clean and quiet unit.

This tap was leaking from the base of the stem and had completely seized in place. Once it was finally removed, it was clear it had been leaking for a long time - heavily rusted fixings.

Secure, level, and built to last. - This TV was installed using a Sanus tilt bracket from Screwfix , fixed onto a dot-and-dab wall with Fischer wall fittings for maximum strength and security.

Before & After - Utility Room Wall Cabinet A simple upgrade to make this utility room work harder. We installed a smart Howdens wall cabinet, adding much-needed storage, keeping everyday clutter tidy.

Flat-Pack Install - A full bedroom setup assembled from Argos flat-pack: - 2 × bedside cabinets - A 3-drawer / 3-cupboard wardrobe - Chest of drawers

Dead space around the chimney filled with custom-fitted IKEA wardrobes - These come in 2 depths, to maximise space.

Two new wall cabinets securely fitted in a park home - a great way to add extra storage without taking up valuable floor space. Neat, solid, and perfectly level for a clean finished look.
