Prompt response with a site visit arranged within a couple of days of first contact. 

The site visit was followed up quickly by a detailed cost estimate and further conversations to finalise the scope of the work and the quote (which was reasonable). 

The team attended to carry out the work as arranged. They worked efficiently and left having completed the work to an excellent standard and tidying the whole area. 

Communication was excellent - both in terms of responsiveness and content - throughout.

The work was carried out within a week of receiving the quote.  We were kept updated throughout with photos and videos as the work progressed. The workmen were polite and professional. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Weather Storm Roofing & Guttering Works replaced our old guttering and did a cracking job. The lads were friendly, worked hard all day and made sure everything was spot on before leaving. No rubbish left behind either which is always appreciated. Would definitely use again.
