Mark carried out a thorough examination of our shower as we had discovered a leak. By using his damp meter he could identify where the leak is coming from - the shower mixer is sealed behind tiling so very difficult for us to pinpoint. We’ve now received his report which we will be able to submit to our insurance company & also help the contractor that carries out the repair.

Mark is very helpful and knowledgeable, he gave great advice and talked through suggested solutions to treat the damp wall in our stone cottage.  There was no hard sell at all, the survey and quotation arrived as promised and work scheduled.
The team were friendly and courteous, they worked quickly and efficiently and finished ahead of time so inconvenience was minimal.  They made very little mess and left everything clean and tidy.  Our expectations were exceeded and we would absolutely recommend.

We have had problems with damp in our underground garage and looked for a local company that could offer advice and talk through the options to solve it. Mark was prompt in booking a site visit, talked through the options, sent over a speedy quotation, quickly answered subsequent queries, and was reassuringly efficient. The works have been completed without fuss, with clear communication throughout, the site left clean and neat, and we are extremely happy with the quality of the work. A good experience all round.

Mark was great....came out quickly and gave me good solid advice. I didn't actually need any damp treatment in the end but his advice was valuable. Very genuine company....didnt even ask for a payment although I made one because the advice was valuable.
