I found Willingtons by searching Checkatrade and looking at the reviews. I contacted Willingtons about gutter cleaning and roof moss removal for my mum’s house. The communication from Graeme was excellent. He visited to look at the house and promptly sent a detailed quote which was competitive. The work was booked in a couple of weeks later and performed to a very high standard. My mum is very pleased with the work completed. Thank you Graeme and Shay!

It appears that many of the reviews for Willington Roofing and Building Ltd may not be entirely organic and may be biased. Because their service is very poor. Especially the roofing service

Roof installation service is not satisfied

New box gutter and a re-roof. Very pleased with the work, with a detailed spec. They were happy to explain the rationale for items, update on progress and record (photos) of the before, during and after. Work completed to scope with a very high level of workmanship and professionalism throughout.

Graeme came by appointment, and quickly identified the problem areas. The recent exceptionally heavy rainfall had demonstrated our need for major repairs. Jamie came, and was very pleasant and efficient with his work, and did a very good job, as I had expected.
My thanks to them both, and I would happily recommend them to any future clients.

Only slight issue is that communication can be a tad disjointed. Two occasions that I emailed to update but received no response. But saying that it didn’t affect the service or product.
