Part of a house we renovated, we installed new unvented cylinders within the loft space giving more 

A regular client called us in as their boiler suddenly stopped working. The boiler was checked over, no  obvious issue as to why the boiler was not working., until we checked the flue. A blue tit had crawled up the flue to keep warm ( this was during the snow in February) and was over come by the fumes from the boiler. As the boiler was 20 yrs old and flue parts were not available, a new boiler was fitted. 

The unexpected! No wonder the boiler didn't work, the flue was blocked by a bird trying to keep warm

We removed a heat store unit which was beyond economical repair and replaced with a Baxi combination boiler which came with a 10 yr warranty.

Really pleased with the work carried out. They capped a gas pipe safely and installed a dishwasher fitting with no issues. Professional, efficient, and left everything tidy. Would happily recommend.
