Completely out of proportion this kitchen was not suitable for the size of kitchen

To minimise the mould problems, ceiling was washed with anti fungal wash, overboarded, and painted with Mouldshield emulsion,all adhesive, grout and mastic used contained anti fungal additive, uprated extractor fan installed to improve ventilation

2012

Replace kitchen and bathroom after water damage

Old pipework to be reconfigured to allow shower to be fitted

Flooring removed and cleaned upo, new bearers going in

Cheap building method, dry lining was stuck up with bonding plaster and had delaminated,

Once equipment removed, floor and damaged dry lining replaced, pipework being reconfigured for the new shower installation

Floor had rotted and collapsed around basin and wc

All wall tiles removed as was all rotten plaster, walls replastered and levelled out prior to tiling

Preparation for tiling, ensure the wall if flat and true, the finished result is only as good as the base upon which it sits

Building the bulkhead to take the shower and screen, only ever use cement board around the bath, gives superior strength and is unaffected by water if it should ever leak

Finished floor after renovation, floor had huge gaps between boards, these were filled, sanded and varnished

Repairing bathroom

The result of a poorly fitted shower,, the ceiling below fell into the kitchen

Water damaged shower enclosure, all this was ripped out, floor taken up and treated,

Top work from Woodlea again, our top contractor. Excellent as always.
Following water leak in bathroom. Work to Hall, sitting room and 2 bedrooms, ground floor flat.
Replaced all the flooring bearers, chipboard and ply, over laid with Carndean flooring.

He looks after all my flats, this time a water leak, been going on for years, found it in 5 mins.
Took out and refitted the kitchen after replacing all the floors, kitchen, bedroom and sitting room.

After a substantial leak in the kitchen which Chris found, we had to replace the kitchen, bathroom, hall and sitting room floors, The kitchen and bathroom all had to be removed, floor replaced and both rooms reinstated. As always Woodlea carried out the work to an excellent standard. Chris at Woodlea is our "Go To" man when we have a problem, we have 53 flats to look after. He always finds the leak and is excellent at his craft, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, Chris does it.
