They should have brought one of those moving blankets so as to not put divots in my floor tiles, and having been reassured that the job definitely shouldn't have taken more than an hour, seems to have made a number of fumbles such as dropping a part into the body of the washing machine that then meant that it did take more than an hour and therefore the anticipated cost significantly increased and have been charged for parking even though there was a free car park that the plumber walked past multiple times.

Efficient

This is my first experience with WPJ and they did an excellent job.
The engineer attending was punctual and quickly identified the problem with my HW 
System which was a faulty motorised  valve. 
The part was installed a few days later and the HW system again works properly.

The entire experience with WPJ was very efficient . Seb the engineer knew exactly what he was doing and got the system working properly with minimal delay .

I am happy to recommend WPJ to others for similar services .
