Product Terms - Approved

INTRODUCTION

1. These Product Terms shall apply to each Agreement where the Confirmation Email includes the “Approved membership” (“Approved”).

2. Words and phrases used in these Product Terms shall have the same meaning as set out in the Master Service Terms.

OUR OBLIGATIONS

3. We shall provide You with the following Approved Services:

a) a dedicated online Profile to set out Your Business Content;

b) a dedicated Checkatrade Secure Contact number and messaging functionality;

c) access to the Trade App; andd) access to printed review cards and van vinyls. You may request further materials at a cost to be borne by You and agreed with Us.

4. With Approved Services only, You will only be visible on the Platform when You are searched for by name and We will not provide You with leads. If You wish to receive leads You must also purchase additional lead generation Services.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS

5. You shall:

a) provide and maintain the Business Content on Your Profile;

b) ensure that the Business Content is up-to-date, complete, accurate and not misleading;

c) ensure that You have the necessary consent and rights to share Business Content and photos (including any individual’s personal data) with Us; and

d) request regular reviews from Your Customers for publication on the Platform.

PAYMENT

6. We will invoice You for the Fees for the Approved Services in advance, with the first invoice on (or shortly after) the Commencement Date and subsequent invoices on (or shortly after) the same date of each month thereafter for the Agreement Term or any subsequent renewal period.

7. Payment of the Fees for Approved Services shall be due immediately on receipt of an invoice from Us.
