Product Terms - Fixed Plan

INTRODUCTION

1. These Product Terms shall apply to each Agreement where the Confirmation Email includes one or more “Fixed Plan Product” (“Fixed Plan”).

2. Words and phrases used in these Product Terms shall have the same meaning as set out in the Master Service Terms unless otherwise set out below:

Category means the trade category applicable to the Agreement as set out in the Confirmation Email.

Leads means contacts that Checkatrade delivers to You in any format, including but not limited to phone calls, messages, “Request a Quote” contacts, and/or clicks from the Platform to Your website via Our provided hyperlink.

Location means the postcode areas or districts You choose to receive Leads in.

OUR OBLIGATIONS

1. We shall deliver Leads to You in the Category (or Categories) within the Location(s).

2. We will provide You with an estimate of the amount of Leads You can expect. This is only an estimate and is not binding. We reserve the right to stop providing You with Leads if you reach or exceed any estimate We provide to You.

3. The number of Leads that We provide You is dependent on the following non-exhaustive list: how many reviews You get, Your Location(s), how up to date and appealing You make Your Profile and can be affected by factors such as seasonality, User demand and other market and environmental forces.

PAYMENT

1. We will invoice You for the Fees for the Fixed Plan Services in advance, with the first invoice on (or shortly after) the Commencement Date and subsequent invoices on (or shortly after) the same date of each month thereafter for the Agreement Term or any subsequent renewal period.

2. Payment of the Fees for the Fixed Plan Services shall be due immediately on receipt of an invoice from Us.
