Product Terms - Free Profiles

INTRODUCTION

1) These Product Terms and the Master Service Terms shall apply where You have signed up for Our Free Profile Service.

2) Words and phrases used in these Product Terms shall have the same meaning as set out in the Master Service Terms.

TERM

3. The Agreement shall begin on the date You claim Your Profile or by accessing or using Our Free Profile Service and shall continue until terminated in accordance with clause 64, 65, 66, or 68 of the Master Service Terms.

OUR OBLIGATIONS

4. As part of Our Free Profile Service, We shall provide You with:

a) a dedicated online Profile to set out Your Business Content and receive Reviews from Users; and

b) access to the Trade App.

5. You will only be visible on the Platform when You are searched for by name and We will not provide You with leads. If You wish to receive leads You must purchase an Approved membership and additional lead generation Services.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS

6. You shall:

a) provide and maintain the Business Content on Your Profile;

b) ensure that the Business Content is up-to-date, complete, accurate and not misleading;

c) ensure that You have the necessary consent and rights to share Business Content and photos (including any individual’s personal data) with Us; and

d) request regular reviews from Your Customers for publication on the Platform.
