  The best and most reliable I've found

  Arthur was outstanding. He excelled where others had failed. The work carried out included: moving the gutter downpipe from the back of the house to the side (to allow for a planned extension), installing a drainage pipe for our upstairs AC unit, replacing all exterior vents, and some small tasks such as caulking, cutting and drilling. He is incredibly able, polite, and a man of his word. I highly recommend him. Will call on him again for my next projects.
