  Unreliable and zero communication

  The work itself was completed to a satisfactory standard. It started nearly two months later than we were originally told it would. We were given one days notice for the scaffolding going up. As we weren't given notice, this had to be pushed back by a few days due to our vehicles being on the drive. As soon as the scaffolding was up and the work started, all communication ceased. I messaged both numbers several times with some queries and I was ignored each time. The scaffolding so far has stayed up over a week post work completion. I've asked when it is due to be taken down, but I am stil
