  Restoring hot water that was caused by a previous plumber when attempting to replace a heat pump.

  I've now used this plumber twice and both experiences have been excellent — but the first time truly stood out. We had no hot water and a one-year-old at home. The temperature was 0°c outside. I was desperate and didn't know who to call. Elvis came out without any fuss, at that late hour, on Christmas Eve no less, and got everything sorted. What made it even more special was that he clearly empathised with our situation and also did not charge the earth for it. The kindness and consideration shown, not just the skill, is something I won't forget. Meta plumbing will be my go to plumbers now!!
